WHO ARE YOU, WHERE ARE YOU FROM, & WHAT DO YOU DO?
Hi guys! I’m Chris Marshall, the maker behind Hippy Do Da. Hippy Do Da Creations, born in Columbia, SC in 2012, is a fun blend of bohemian and minimalistic handcrafted jewelry. Color, sound, and movement are my biggest creative inspirations. When I’m not creating, I love spending time with my little family, seeing live music, and being outdoors.

DESCRIBE YOUR PROCESS.
I incorporate gemstones, semi-precious stones, metal, and vintage findings in a variety of wearable necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. In addition to metalwork, I love to work with metal clay, intricate beadwork as well as hand stamped metal pieces. Every piece is handcrafted in my home studio with love and detail.

WHY DO YOU LOVE TO DESIGN, CREATE + MAKE?
Creating allows me to express and challenge myself daily. Being able to create with these beat-up ole hands has brought me unmeasurable amounts of joy and satisfaction.
